Massive Recruitment of Teachers With Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) Degree

The Management of Ghana Education Service is requesting applications from qualified, passionate and dedicated graduates  with Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree and/or related certificate in Education to apply to the service and be considered for employment.

This recruitment exercise is very short and needs urgent response from qualified and interested applicants. The portal is accessible now but will last till the 17th of April, 2026.

Job Description

1. Facilitate learning using 21st century technology.
2. Cater for learners with different learning needs and help them achieve excellent learning
3. Continuously improve learners’ ability to research using new technologies.
4. Use a variety of assessment tools and tasks to accurately assess levels of learner
5. Use the National Teaching Standards and Code of Conduct to guide practice at all times to ensure professionalism and ethical behaviour.

Applicants who wish to apply should meet the following criteria:

Applicant must:

• hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant Bachelor’s Degree with Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE)/Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Diploma in Basic Education.
• have completed National Service.
• be in good standing with the National Teaching Council (NTC) and possess a valid Teaching
• demonstrate strong communication and classroom management skills.
• be ready and willing to accept posting to deprived districts.
