Introduction

The annual GES promotion takes into consideration, teaching and non-teaching staff. In particular, promotion to higher ranks has always been a traditional face-to-face meeting for interview. Not until recently in 2020 was a written aptitude test examination introduced.

The maiden exam saw a total number of 33,650 applicants for promotion to the various ranks in the service out of which 18,475 passed and were successfully promoted.

Keep in mind that on the exam date, applicants will be expected to sit for the examination in exam centers spread across the 16 regions in the country.

Positively, it is no doubt that, as long as you prepare adequately for any life adventure you want to undertake, you will succeed. The same applies to taking the GES promotion examination.

From the first examination written in the year 2020, research indicate that quite a handful of individuals did not pass the GES promotion examination. Subsequently, they were not promoted to their deserved ranks.
